Bavarian Gem for FamiliesOur family stumbled upon Zur Heide by chance en route to France, but it turned out to be a hidden Bavarian gem. As a father of two lively children under 7, finding a family-friendly haven is crucial. The ample and free parking was a big plus, especially when unloading our pile of travel gear. Despite being close to the autobahn, the quiet ambiance was a welcoming surprise. Marius, the charming server, not only won us over with his service but also made our kids feel at ease, a true testament to the hotel's inclusive atmosphere.For breakfast, the array of cold dishes pleased even our picky eaters under 7. The outdoor setting of the restaurant offered a cozy dining experience while savoring authentic Bavarian cuisine - a delight for our young palates. The staff's attentiveness made us feel right at home and enhanced our stay as a family.Zur Heide surpassed our expectations, providing a delightful family experience that we will cherish and revisit on our next Bavarian adventure.
